Hierarchy of Healing

There is beautiful wisdom in our capacity to heal and it can be immensely helpful to understand the order of this healing. This helps when a new symptom arises to see if it is moving are in the right order to indicate healing such as moving from head to toe and from inside to outside. This also includes keeping symptoms furthest away from vital organs as possible. For example, a skin condition, while highly annoying, is a lesser condition than a kidney infection.  And irritability after depression is moving in the right direction.   This will help us to feel encouraged that we are still healing even when a new symptoms appear.  And it helps with not treating a symptom in a suppressive way, therefore, blocking this portal of exit and driving the condition to a deeper level.  And it helps us to trust the healing wisdom of the body.
